Nepal playing against Uzbekistan in Asian Amputee Football Championship

KATHMANDU: Nepal is facing Uzbekistan today in the Asian Amputee Football Championship.

The match is scheduled to begin at 11:30 am at the Bashundhara Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The Nepali squad includes players Dilli Bahadur Bista, Prakash Kumar Basnet, Raju Shrestha, Bikram Yonghang, Mukunda Bahadur Dhungana, Sujan Karki, Bhim Bahadur Kumal, Chetnarayan Khanal, Dhan Bahadur Mahata, Laxmi Prasad Adhikari, Sudip Chapagain, Raj Poudel, and Prakash Singh.

Uzbekistan began the tournament on a dominant note, defeating Indonesia 8-1 in yesterday’s opening match. In another game, Iraq triumphed over Bangladesh with a 6-0 victory.
