KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has issued Sunday’s exchange rates for foreign currencies.
The US dollar remains stable at its highest value ever. The exchange rates for other currencies, including the Australian dollar, pound, euro, and Kuwaiti and Bahraini dinars, are also stable, according to the central bank.
As per the rates published by Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar today is NPR 137.25, while the selling rate is NPR 137.85.
This marks the highest ever exchange rate for the US dollar, which has been steadily increasing in recent times. Yesterday, the US dollar was traded at the same price.
In addition, the buying rate for one euro is NPR 141.40, with a selling rate of NPR 142.02. The buying rate for one pound sterling is NPR 168.74, and the selling rate is NPR 169.48.
For the Australian dollar, the buying rate is NPR 84.95, and the selling rate is NPR 85.32.
The buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar is NPR 444.99, with a selling rate of NPR 446.93.
Additionaly, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar is NPR 364.08, and the selling rate is NPR 365.67.
