According to Political Advisor to PM Oli, Bishnu Rimal, during the discussion, the ministers briefed the prime minister apropos works of their ministries.

Government Spokesperson and Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gokul Baskota said that the prime minister informed that he will be returning home on Friday.

Earlier, a so-called Cabinet meeting held through video conferencing had drawn flack mainly from the main opposition. The Nepali Congress had claimed that holding such meetings by means of video conference was in contravention of the law and rule and could breach privacy.

Later, Minister Baskota had ruled out any risk in the use of the technology and had said that it was not right for anyone to have made an issue out of it.
