DOTI: A 32-year-old man, Lokendra Saud, from Dipayal Silgarhi Municipality-1 Sirkholi, died in an accident on the Bhimdatta Highway in Shikhar Municipality-8.
According to the District Police Office, Saud was riding his motorcycle when a jeep collided with him while traveling from Dadeldhura towards Dipayal last evening.
Another motorcyclist, Prakesh BK, who was injured in the accident, received initial treatment at Sujung Hospital and has been transferred to Dhangadhi for further care.
Authorities are currently searching for the jeep and its driver.
