KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the exchange rates for foreign currencies as of today (Thursday).

The value of some currencies, including the US dollar, pound, and dinar, has decreased, while others, such as the Euro and Australian dollar, have become more expensive.

According to the published exchange rates, the buying rate for one US dollar is 133.46 rupees, with a selling rate of 134.06 rupees.

This reflects a decrease from yesterday’s buying rate of 133.58 rupees and selling rate of 134.19 rupees.

For the Euro, today’s buying rate remains at 149.27 rupees, with a selling rate of 149.94 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate was 148.61 rupees, and the selling rate was 149.28 rupees.

The buying rate for one pound sterling today is 178.43 rupees, with a selling rate of 179.23 rupees. This is slightly down from yesterday’s buying rate of 178.52 rupees and selling rate of 179.32 rupees.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar today is 91.72 rupees, with a selling rate of 92.13 rupees, an increase from yesterday’s buying rate of 91.44 rupees and selling rate of 91.85 rupees.

Additionally, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar remains at 437.24 rupees, with a selling rate of 439.21 rupees. Yesterday, the rates were 437.67 rupees for buying and 439.63 rupees for selling.

Meanwhile, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar is 354.08 rupees, with a selling rate of 355.67 rupees.

This is a slight decrease from yesterday’s buying rate of 354.39 rupees and selling rate of 355.99 rupees.
