4.2 magnitude earthquake strikes Manang



KATHMANDU: An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 was recorded in the Thoche area of Manang early this morning.

The National Earthquake Measurement and Research Center in Lainchaur reported that the quake occurred at 3:47 a.m., with its epicenter near Thoche in Manang.

This follows a previous earthquake of magnitude 4.3, which occurred near Masadev in Bajhang on August 13.
