KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said the government was serious towards the management of the families of disaster victims. PM Oli said this at a State 2 delegation meeting in his residence, Baluwatar, on Friday.

The government was planning for long term solution to the floods, he said, stressing, “Community mobilization is must for solving the problems as of landslides, floods and inundation occurred every year. The public awareness program is equally important.”

Reminding that he would also hold the visits to the flood-hit areas in State-2, PM Oli assured that his inspection visit would also have relief programs.
