Sindhupalchok Bus Accident: Victims identified

KATHMANDU: Following the tragic bus accident at Tauthali in Sindhupalchok, which claimed three lives and left 52 others injured this morning, the identities of the deceased have been confirmed.

All three deceased individuals hailed from Bhimeshwor Municipality-1 of Dolakha.

They have been identified as Maan Bahadur Themi, Dipendra Themi, and Shiva Shrestha.

Among the 52 injured passengers, 27 are in critical condition and are currently receiving treatment at Sindhu Sada Bahara Hospital in Khadichaur.

The bus (Ba 4 Kha 5616) was reportedly transporting wedding attendees from Dolakha district, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Niranjan Bhattarai.
