KATHMANDU: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has issued a weather forecast indicating varying conditions across different regions of the country.
Today’s Outlook:
In the hilly regions, expect partly to generally cloudy skies, while the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to mainly fair conditions.
There is a likelihood of light rain or thunderstorms in a few areas of the hilly regions within Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudur Pashchim Provinces.
Additionally, there might be light snowfall in some high hilly and mountainous areas.
Tonight’s Anticipation:
Similar conditions are expected to persist, with partly to generally cloudy skies in the hilly regions and partly cloudy to mainly fair conditions elsewhere.
Light rain or thunderstorms are forecasted in one or two locations in the hilly areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali Provinces.
Furthermore, there is a possibility of light snowfall in one or two places within the high hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali Provinces.
