PHOTOS: Construction activities pose hazards to pedestrian safety

KATHMANDU: Pedestrians in Bheda Singh, area near Assan, are facing significant challenges as construction work progresses on a sewer project.

With roads filled with construction activities and many areas dug up, pedestrians are finding themselves with limited space to maneuver.

Despite the obstacles, foot traffic persists, with pedestrians often forced to navigate through narrow pathways amidst ongoing construction.

The situation raises concerns about pedestrian safety as they contend with construction zones and limited access on city streets.

Authorities are urged to address these challenges promptly to ensure the safety and convenience of pedestrians amidst the ongoing construction.
