BIRATNAGAR: Police arrested two people with a home-made gun from a community forest area at Kanepokhari Rural Municipality-3 in Morang.
They are Dhankeshar Rai, 26, of Kanepokhari Rural Municipality-5 and Shambhu Gahatraj, 44, of Uralabari Municipality-4 and were detained from the Janajagriti Community Forest on Friday evening.
A joint patrol team from the Temporary Police Beat, Kanepokharai, Forest Office Kanepokhari and the Janajagriti Forest Users’ Committee arrested the two, State 1 Police Office, Biratnagar said. They are kept at the Area Police Office, Pathari for further investigations.
