Triangular T-20 Series: Nepal and Netherlands to vie in final

KATHMANDU: Nepal will face the Netherlands in the final of the Triangular T20 Series on Tuesday (March 5).

It should be noted that the league stage final match between Namibia and the Netherlands, scheduled for Sunday under the Triangular T-20 Series, was canceled due to rain.

Consequently, both teams receive one point each, leading to Nepal and the Netherlands competing in the Series final.

The Netherlands secured their spot in the final, maintaining the top position on the scoreboard with 5 points.

Similarly, Nepal, holding the second position in the score tally, has four points, while Namibia trails with three points.

Nepal suffered a 20-run defeat against Namibia in its initial game and a two-run loss to the Netherlands in the second match during the league stage.

In contrast, Nepal secured their spot in the final by defeating Namibia by three runs and the Netherlands by six wickets in the third game.
