KATHMANDU: A complaint was lodged on Wednesday against GB Rai, the Chairman of Gorkha Media Group, and Rabi Lamichhane, former Managing Director of the company and Chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), at the Cooperative Department.
Yubraj Safal, the complainant, has raised concerns over the alleged misuse of cooperative finances by Rai and Lamichhane, alleging violations of established laws.
The complaint calls for a comprehensive investigation into the matter and urges appropriate legal actions against the individuals involved.
Additionally, the complainant has brought the matter to the attention of the concerned Minister, requesting a thorough inquiry into the documents and agreements associated with the issuance and receipt of loans.
