Human skeleton found in Chitwan



CHITWAN: A human skeleton has been discovered in a ditch at Rapti-12, Chitwan.

According to the police, the skeleton has been identified as belonging to 83-year-old Jange Tamang, a local resident.

Tamang had been out of contact since May 9. However, locals who had gone to cut grass in the jungle spotted the skeleton and clothing, informing the police on Thursday.

The police have sent the remains to the Bharatpur Hospital for a post-mortem examination after recovering them from the location.
