KATHMANDU: The State Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, is set to engage in a courtesy meeting with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ during his official visit to Kathmandu.

The Qatari State Minister arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday afternoon, marking the commencement of discussions aimed at strengthening diplomatic ties between the two nations.

In addition to the meeting with Prime Minister Dahal, Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi is also scheduled to hold talks with Foreign Minister NP Saud later today.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the Qatari guest will engage in a bilateral meeting with Foreign Secretary Paudyal.

His visit is slated to conclude today (Friday), as he is expected to return to Qatar following the diplomatic deliberations.
