KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) fell for the third day in a row. The stock market index NEPSE dropped by 8.11 points to 2,156.20 points on Wednesday.
Today, shares of all other groups except finance, mutual fund, and others decreased.
The shares of Jalpa Microfinance and Unilever Nepal decreased by six and a half percent.
However, the shares of Kisan Microfinance increased by 10 percent and shares of Green Development Bank increased by six and a half percent on the day the market fell consecutively for three days.
Along with the market, the transaction amount also decreased today. 7.399 million shares worth Rs 2,432,500,000 were traded on Wednesday.
