Fake Bhutanese refugee scam tarnished Nepal’s image: NC leader Koirala



BIRATNAGAR: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr Sekhar Koirala has said that the fake Bhutanese refugee scam has tarnished Nepal’s image.

Speaking at a program in Inaruwa, he said that the investigation on the issue should be taken to a logical conclusion.

The Nepal Police is currently investigating the issue and has already arrested Nepali Congress leader and former Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand.

CPN-UML leader Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, meanwhile, is absconding.
