Chitwan reports COVID-19 related death on Saturday



CHITWAN: Chitwan reports a death from COVID-19 on Saturday.

According to the Health Office Chitwan, the deceased is a 64-year-old male of Bharatpur metropolis-10.

Office Chief Durga Chapagain said he was under medical treatment for pneumonia and was found infected with COVID-19 on April 13.

There are 10 active cases of COVID-19 in the district at present and are in home isolation: eight in Bharatpur metropolis and one each in Ratnanagar and Kalika municipalities.
