Parsa police nab three with drugs



BIRGUNG: Parsa police have arrested three people with drugs brought in a truck.

The police stopped and checked truck number 2-03-001 A 1934 in front of Birgunj Metropolitan City-25 Dryport Gate.

During the check, 166 bottles of Onerex 100 ml and 57 bottles of Kodiwell Cough Syrup, which were hidden in a plastic bag under the seat of the truck, were seized by the drug police, totaling 223 bottles.

Parsa Police Spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police Nirmal Budhathoki informed that Nirmal Paudel, Ramesh Thapa and Sudarshan Khadka, drivers of Makwanpur Hetauda sub-metropolitan city-9, who were the drivers of the truck with drugs, were arrested.

He said that the three people arrested with drugs are under police custody and further investigation is underway.
