NBA hold emergency meeting after suspended CJ Rana prepares to go to SC

KATHMANDU: An informal emergency meeting of the Nepal Bar Association (NBA) has been held after the suspended Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana made preparations to return to the Supreme Court on Wednesday afternoon.

According to NBA President Gopalkrishna Ghimire, an informal meeting of NBA is undergoing now.

“We are discussing what to do. Nepal Bar is in its old position,” he said.

NBA had earlier barred suspended CJ Rana from entering the Supreme Court.
