Chinese national injured in Sunday’s clash dies



KATHMANDU: The Chinese national who was critically injured during a clash between the fellow Chinese at Indrachowk, Kathmandu on Sunday has died on Monday.

On Sunday afternoon, three Chinese nationals got into a fight over a transaction dispute.

After the dispute got escalated, 37-year-old Feng Zhengyung stabbed his two friends, 32-year-old Li Chuwan and 29-year-old Gan Soujiong, and seriously injured them.

Both the injured were undergoing treatment at the National Trauma Center and Gan died, police said.

Feng, who threw the knife, is being investigated by the police. These three Chinese nationals had come to visit Nepal.
