Govt to build colony for chief ministers, governors in Bhainsepati

KATHMANDU: The government is set to build a colony for chief ministers and provincial governors of all seven provinces at Bhainsepati area in Lalitpur.

The colony will have a total of 14 sophisticated buildings spreading in the area of 27 ropanis and 12 anas.

An estimated cost for the construction of the colony will be Rs 1.25 billion, said the Department of Urban Development and Building Construction.

The Department is preparing to call for a quotation within the next fiscal year and has planned to complete the construction within three years.
