British Red Cross provides sanitation materials



KATHMANDU: The British Red Cross has provided sanitary materials to the Nepal Red Cross Society for use in emergency period.

Chief of British Red Cross in Nepal, Kriti Ray, handed over the materials to Executive Director of Nepal Red Cross, Umesh Prasad Dhakal.

The materials could be used for the cleanliness of needy people during emergencies.

“Collective efforts are imperative to disaster response and preparedness. British Red Cross has been continuously assisting Nepal Red Cross for building community-level disaster resilience,” she shared.

Similarly, Executive Director Dhakal expressed thanks to Ray for the continued assistance.

He informed that the sanitary materials would be sent to the people in disaster-hit area.
