Kavre records five Covid-19 cases

KAVRE: Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in five people in the last 24 hours in Kavre.

According to the District Health Office, Dhulikhel, out of the two PCRs and 24 antigen tests conducted in Namobuddha Municipality, five people have been confirmed with Coronavirus.

“It can be assumed that the wave of coronavirus pandemic has started to increase in Kavre,” said Dr. Purushottam Sedai, head of the office.

According to him, the scope of testing will be gradually increased. The condition of the five infected is said to be normal.

So far, 17,560 coronavirus infections have been seen in the district in a period of two years and five months.
