SYDNEY: Heavy fog blanketed Sydney on Saturday (Jun 8) morning due to which scheduled flights were delayed. It created hazards for shipping and set social media ablaze with the news and pictures of blanket of fog all around Sydney.

All the known landmarks in Sydney were disappearing under the impact of fog. Ships activated their foghorns for safety as they navigated out of the busy Sydney Harbor waterway to the open ocean. (Agencies)
