Candidates at door steps seeking votes



KATHMANDU: Different political parties making public their commitment papers have accelerated door-to-door campaigns asking for votes in the May 13 local-level election.

Candidates of different political parties have now started reaching the houses of voters with their election agenda.

The Nepali Congress has started its door-to-door campaign in Baglung municipality-4 and 5 while the CPN-UML and Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) as per the electoral collaboration have started a joint door-to-door campaign in the municipality.

The candidates are seen busy asking for votes with voters with the agenda of development and prosperity. The candidates have started their election publicity utilizing social networks. Political activities have increased from villages to towns. The political parties have adopted a new style in their publicity.

They started reaching the houses at different settlements, meeting with the voters, and asking for votes.

Independent candidates along with their election symbols are also seen busy seeking votes
