Dipendra makes position in the top 10 of the ICC rankings



KATHMANDU: Nepali all-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee has managed to be in the top 10 in the T20 International rankings.

Dipendra, who has a rating of 152 rating points in the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) T20 International all-rounder rankings, is in the top 10.

He was declared Man of the Series for his all-round performance in the triangular T20 International Cricket series played at TU Cricket Stadium, Kirtipur in Kathmandu last month.

Dipendra took seven wickets for 255 runs, including two half-centuries and a century, in five games in the series against Malaysia and Papua New Guinea (PNG).

Mohammad Nabi of Afghanistan is at the top of the list with 276 rating points while Shakib Al Hasan of Bangladesh is at the second position with 232 rating points.

Moeen Ali of England, JJ Smith of Namibia, Liam Livingstone of England, Rohan Mustafa of UAE, Glenn Maxwell of Australia, Jishan Maqsood of Oman and Aiden Markram of South Africa are in the third to ninth position respectively.
