BSP expels 26 leaders including Bagmati Province Assembly members



KATHMANDU: Bibeksheel Sajha Party (BSP) led by Rabindra Mishra has taken action against 26 leaders of his party including Bagmati Province Assembly members.

A central work execution meeting of the BSP held on March 13 decided to expel them from the party saying that they violated the disciplinary rules of the party.

They have been penalized for remaining absent for four times in the party meetings, not submitting levy and involving in the unruly activities, informed Mishra.

Among those penalized are Bagmati Province Assembly member Ramesh Poudel, Keshav Dahal and Pukar Bam. Mishra had earlier taken action against Milan Pandey, who was the coordinator of the party. Pandey has now filed a case in the court.

Similarly, others penalized by the paty include Anusha Thapa, Ashutosh Tiwari, Kamleshwar Prasad Pathak, Keshav Dahal, Chandika Timilsina, Chandrika Sigdel, Durga Khatri (Karki), Dharma Manandhar, Pukar Bam, Bharat Raj Pant, Bhupdev Shah, Manis Khanal, Muna Adhikari, Ramesh Poudyal, Ravina Amgai, Rajyalakshmi Shrestha, Rampukar Mahara, Laxmi Adhikari, Bimal Tamang, Shishir Banjara, Saroj Prasad Gautam, Sirjana Khadka, Sudan Manandhar, Suresh Aryal, Suresh Bhatt and Harish Prasad Bhatt.
