DADELDHURA: Sixteen people have been injured in a jeep accident in along the KI Singh Highway in Dadeldhura district.
The ill-fated jeep, Se 1 Ja 401, was heading to the district headquarters from Nawadurga rural municipality-1 when the accident took place.
The condition of three among those injured is said to be critical. The injured are receiving treatment at Dadeldhura Hospital. According to police, the accident took place since the vehicle was carrying passengers beyond its capacity.
Police Inspector KB Saud said they are investigating the reason behind the accident.
