PARBAT: A 19-year-old man has allegedly raped a seven-year-old girl at Bihadi Rural Municipality of the district.
Local resident Suraj Pariyar, a construction worker, lured the child and raped her some yards away from local Chandra Secondary School on Tuesday, said Police Inspector Mitra Bahadur Acharya.
Police arrested absconding Pariyar the same evening from Uram. The survivor has been sent to Pokhara-based Gandaki Zonal Hospital for treatment.
