Two arrested with cash with unknown source



KATHMANDU: The District Police Office, Saptari has arrested two persons on Friday with Rs. 990,000, without any known source of income.

Those arrested are Rajesh Kumar Chaudhary, 29, of Dakneshwari Municipality-5, Saptari and Dilip Kumar Mandal, 24, of Shambhunath Municipality-12, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Madhav Prasad Kafle.

Chaudhary and Mandal were arrested along with the money during a routine checking of a motorcycle (Province No. 2-01-003 Pa 3478) in Rajbiraj Municipality-5, police said.

Kafle shared that both of them were sent to the Revenue Investigation Office, Sunsari for necessary action.
