Parliament meeting scheduled for tomorrow postponed

Next meeting to be held on January 12



KATHMANDU: Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has postponed the meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) scheduled for Thursday.

The next meeting has been scheduled for next Wednesday (January 12).

The meeting has been postponed due to some “special circumstances”. Sources, however, claimed that the meeting has bene postponed as per the “request” of the CPN-UML party.

It should be noted that the CPN-UML, the main opposition party, has been obstructing the HoR meetings alleging Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota for being bias.
