NEW DELHI: Oppo is launching the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition and the regular Oppo Reno smartphones in India today.
The new Reno series aims to offer attractive, youth-centric phones at affordable prices. The Oppo Reno phones tout an all-glass design, notchless displays and shark fin pop-up cameras, among other things.

The launching program of Oppo Reno will be livestreamed on the official Oppo India YouTube channel. The event will kick off at 1pm Indian time. On the program, the company will announce the price and release date of the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition and Oppo Reno smartphones.
The Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition as it packs a Snapdragon 855 chipset. This phone has been priced starting at CNY 3,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant and CNY 4,799 for the 8GB + 256GB version. This means the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition could cost somewhere between Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 in India.
The regular Oppo Reno gets a mid-range Snapdragon 710 chipset and a price of CNY 2,999 in China. This suggests the phone could cost around Rs 30,000 in India. (Agencies)
