Govt urged to maintain peace and security



KATHMANDU: Lawmakers have drawn the attention of the government on rising insecurity, violence and sexual harassment against women.

They urged the government to maintain peace and security in the country and to hold talks with Netra Bikram Chanda-led party for a peaceful solution of the protest launched by the party.

Speaking in the meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) on Monday lawmakers Lalkaji Gurung, Bahadur Singh Lama, Shanta Chaudhary among others had drawn the attention of the government on these issues.
