Two killed in separate road accidents



DAMAK: Two youths died in separate road accidents that occurred in Jhapa and Mahottari districts on Thursday night.

Binod Limbu, 28, of Kankai Municipality-8 died after his speeding motorcycle, Me 7 Pa 9800, lost control near Dudamari chowk of Shivasatakshi Municipality of the East-West Highway.

Pillion rider Bimal Siba, 24, is injured in the mishap, the District Police Office, Jhapa, said.

Likewise, pillion rider Mubarak Ansari, 28, of Bhangaha Municipality-6 in Mahottari district died after a motorcycle (Na 17 Pa 7082) met with an accident, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Prakash Bista said.

Seriously injured in the accident, Ansari breathed his last while receiving treatment at Janaki Health Care Hospital, Janakpur.
A search for motorcyclist Dipesh Chaudhary is ongoing, according to police.
