Former SC Justice Lamsal passes away



KATHMANDU: Former Supreme Court Justice Bhairav ​​Prasad Lamsal has passed away Thursday morning.

Lamsal, 84, who was undergoing treatment at Medicare Hospital in Chabahil for the past few days, was no more, a family source said.

Lamsal was the chairman of the Property Inquiry Commission in 2001. The report prepared under his leadership later became as the report of the Lamsal Commission.
