Nepali Ambassador to Kuwait Bhandari pays a courtesy call on Assistant Foreign Minister Al-Mudhaf



KATHMANDU: Nepali Ambassador to Kuwait Durga Prasad Bhandari has paid a courtesy call on Kuwait’s Assistant Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs Meshal Ibrahim Al-Mudhaf at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday.

During the meeting, the two government representatives touched upon various issues of Kuwait-Nepal bilateral relations, including the impact of COVID-19 on the employment sector, the arrangement of entry permits for Kuwait-bound Nepali workers, new employment opportunities in the changed context, access to new employment opportunities for Nepali workers, among others, the Nepali Embassy in Kuwait stated.

During the meeting, Hem Kumar Adhikari, Labor Fellow of the Embassy of Nepal and Plenipotentiary Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kuwait, Sami Al-Rubaian and other officials were also present.
