Nuwakot Ambulance Drivers’ Association praised for timely rescue of injured in Manakamana



KATHMANDU: Nuwakot District Ambulance Drivers’ Association played a commendable role in the timely rescue of the injured in the bus accident at Manakamana in Kispang Rural Municipality-5 on Monday.

The service provided by 11 ambulances rushed to the accident spot for rescue along with the help of Nepal Army personnel made it easier for the injured to get timely treatment.

Locals viewed that Shrikrishna Acharya, advisor to the Association, and Association Chairman Ram Chandra Tamang displayed their sense of responsibility to mobilize the ambulances swiftly to aid the rescue efforts.

Locals have commended the swift and effective role played by all those involved in the rescue.

The resuce efforts were greatly aided by security agencies, including the Nepal Army.
