India reports new 17,004 COVID-19 cases and 378 deaths



NEW DELHI: India’s COVID-19 cases have reached 34,036,684 with 17,004 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.

Similarly, India recorded 378 deaths in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 451,847, according to the latest figures collated by the Worldometers.

With new 19,388 recoveries, the number of people recovered from COVID-19 in India has reached 33,374,485.

Broken out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 4,896,699 and infected 240,351,732 globally until the filing of this news.
