BHAKTAPUR: A man has died in a motorcycle accident that occurred at Kausaltar in Madhyapur municipality-3 in Bhaktapur district.
The deceased has been identified as 30-year-old Loknath Thakur. The accident took place when a motorcycle, Na 32 Pa 6673, Thakur was riding, went out control on the six-lane road at 11 pm yesterday.
Pillion rider Siyaram Singh of Nepal Police sustained critical injuries. He is undergoing treatment at Nepal Police Hospital.
Metropolitan Police Sector, Balkot said that they have taken the motorcycle under control and are investigating the case.
