Tipper-hit claims two in separate places



CHITWAN: Two people have died after being hit by tippers in Dhading and Chitwan districts.

The deceased has been identified as 86-year-old Chandra Prasad Kandel of Benighat Rorang rural municipality-7, Krishna Bhir, Dhading.
Octogenarian Kandel dies on the spot after he was struck by a tipper, Pradesh 3-01006 Kha 806, said police.

Similarly, a 32-year-old youth died after being hit by a tipper, Na 1 Ka 9923 in Bharatpur in Chitwan.

Police said they have started investigating the case after taking the drivers and the trucks involved the accidents under control.
