Former Minister Pun flies to Bangkok for treatment



KATHMANDU: Standing Committee (SC) member of CPN (Maoist Center) Barshaman Pun has left for Bangkok for treatment this morning.

Leader Pun along with his wife former Deputy Speaker Onsari Gharti flew to the capital of Thailand for treatment.

He has flown to Bangkok for further treatment on the advice of senior doctors, said Barshaman’s personal secretary Santosh Pun. He will be treated at Bumrungrad International Hospital.

Former Minister Pun has been suffering from jaundice. He had been receiving treatment at Sumeru Hospital. He flew to Bangkok for further treatment after the level of jaundice did not come down, said Santosh.
