Nepali activist Dr. KC heads to New York with message of peace and non-violence



KATHMANDU: Nepal’s well-known medical education reformer and activist Dr. Govinda KC has left for the global capital New York, America, on Thursday.

The orthopaedic surgeon is headed to New York to spread the message of peace and non-violence amidst global conflicts and wars dominating the world.

He will draw the attention of world leaders to peace and non-violence by holding a two-day strike outside United Nations Headquarters in New York on September 20-21.
