Syangja goes into smart lockdown, remains effective until Sept 28



SYANGJA: District Administration Office (DAO), Syangja has imposed a smart lockdown in the district to control COVID-19.

With the smart lockdown, the preparations are underway to open schools in the district.

According to Chief District Officer (CDO), Dipak Raj Nepal, the smart lockdown has been imposed by changing the modality of the ongoing prohibitory order.

Issuing a notice on Friday, DAO, Syangja informed that the smart lockdown will remain effective in the district until September 26.

The smart lockdown has been imposed as the cases of COVID-19 are decreasing in the district of late.
