NC holding ward conventions in six local units in Lalitpur today

KATHMANDU: The ward convention is being held in four districts of Bagmati Pradesh today.

The preparations are underway to conduct ward conventions in Lalitpur, Nuwakot, Dhading, and Chitwan in the province today.

The convention fever has already gripped in six local units in Lalitpur district, informed leader Ram Krishna Chitrakar.

The convention has started in all the 71 wards of the six local units of the district simultaneously.

According to Chitrakar, efforts are underway to elect the leadership through consensus in all the wards with a total of 10,000 active members including both new and old active members.
