KAILALI: A man has died after consuming sanitizer in Kailali district, informed District Police Office (DPO), Kailali.
The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old Tikaram Baraili of Dhangadhi Sub Metropolitan-12.
“Baraili who fell ill after consuming sanitizer has died in the course of treatment at Nisarga Hospital on Friday night,” said DSP Pratik Bista, the spokesperson of DPO, Kailali.
It is not known yet why he consumed the sanitizer. DSP Bista said they are investigating the case.
