JANAKPURDHAM: A person has drowned while bathing in a pond in Saptari district.
The deceased was identified as 18-year-old Indra Narayan Chaudhary, according to Madhav Prasad Kafle, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Saptari.
The locals had seen Chaudhary’s body in the pool of a local Pintu Sah of Jogia.
According to the District Police Office, Saptari, further investigation has been launched.
