Kathmandu police nabs three with 2 kg gold

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested three persons from Gaushala in Kathmandu along with about two kilograms of gold.

A team deployed from Metropolitan Police- Crime Division arrested three people on Wednesday morning  and recovered 1,850 grams of gold from them.

According to the police, the three were arrested for taking smuggled gold from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) fetched from the people arriving from Kuwait.

The police are searching the person who brought the gold from Kuwait.
