Nepali nat’l dies in cycle accident in London



LONDON: A Nepali national has died in a cycle accident in Nottingham of England.

The deceased has been identified as Badri Gautam. Gautam died after he met with an accident in front of Nottingham Girls’ Academy near Robin Hood Road while he was returning home on June 18.

Critically injured Gautam, who was rushed to Queen’s Medical Center, breathed his last in the course of treatment, said Bishnu Chalise, Gautam’s brother-in-law.

Originally from Galkot municipality, Baglung, Badri had come to London in February 2009. He was working as a chef.
