Agriculture Inputs Company determines fertilizer quota for Kanchanpur



KANCHANPUR: The Agriculture Inputs Company Limited (AICL) Office Kanchanpur is set to provide chemical fertilizer by limiting its quota.

The Kanchanpur Branch Office is determining the percentage of 30 metric tons of fertilizer to be received from the AIC Province Office and distributing it to all nine local levels accordingly.

Acting Office Manager of Branch Office, Bal Bahadur Shah said the fertilizer would be provided to the cooperative organizations as per the recommendation and ratio of the quota determined.

With this, Bhimdutta municipality is receiving 594 sacks (29.7 metric tons), Bedkot municipality 540 sacks (27 metric tons), and Shuklaphanta municipality 540 sacks (27 metric tons). Likewise, Krishnapur municipality, Belauri municipality, and Punarbas municipality will receive 702 sacks (35.1 metric tons) each.

The cooperatives have been chosen as per the ward of the local levels for the distribution of the fertilizer. As informed, the fertilizer quota has been determined based on the size of arable land and the number of farmers.
